RPI Price Rise 2024-25

Folks,

I took out a new SIM Only plan on the 28th March 2024. The reseller claimed there would be no price rise this year, i.e. not until 2025 as we were past the cut off date for price increases applicable to new contracts. 

Unfortunately I’m not now 100% convinced as I’m unable to find anything formal relating to cut-off dates  from Vodafone. Please can VF confirm if this is the case . If not I’ll have to cancel the contract under the 14 day cooling off period re apply ofter the 1st April.

All very messy and, I hope, unnecessary !

Hey @Tweever Welcome to Vodafone. With regards to the annual Price increase, as you took your plan out after 21 February you won't be affected by this until April 2025.
