its a shambles if you ask me, they feed you information that you want to hear, whatever you do dont ask them a question, coz its a load of steaming bag of rhino dung, and this is coming from someone who has 4 contracts with VF, when they have finished, i am done with them, waste of space

Believe it or not hrym I have always got the answer I want ... in the end ... The frustration comes from being constamtly told to wait 48 hours time and time again so much it drags on into weeks/months.  When you get an email it always starts off "I Understand" when they dont understand at all.  and beig told to dial 191 which in my opinion is not fit for purpose as there is the impossible menu system and excessive hold time followed by pass the parcel attitude.  ,,, just take ownership and sort stuff our instead of passing peple around

 

but what I have learned is that the CC give more technical help than the tech team who seem to just post box standard template replies and hardly ever give technical advice an only get involved with account issue resolution
