I have received a credit report that states I still have an account open with Vodafone and apparently I owe £12.99.
Vodafone expect me to pay this blindly but I have no idea what it is for.
It is for a phone I haven't used since November 2015.
I can't access my account and have no idea what my number is. Accessing my online account is the only way to get details on this, or so I'm told, but why can't the details be sent to me? I still live at the same address.
Can you be expected to pay a balance without being provided an invoice? Fundamentally, from an accountancy point of view, no!
