I have recently found out through experian that i have had a default credit file on my name linking back to a Vodafone contract i had 6 years ago.
All my bills were paid on time and contract was cancelled however i was not contacted for any overdue amounts, no letters emails or phone calls.
I have for the past 2 weeks contacted vodafone however it seems they cannot do the simplist of jobs. I have asked them to remove this off my name and if there's any balance i would like to pay off immediately. However it seems they cannot locate my account even though 2 of their colleagues over the phone confirmed that had access to my account and said they were going to give a call back however there has been no phone call or email.
This is really frustrating and i need this issue resolved as soon as possible. This is definitely the worst customer service i have ever experienced.

Unfortunately there is no account access via this forum @Jaysid
Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries is the option to choose. You can use Facebook or Twitter and the Social Media Team's can then look at this for you.
They'll involve their Credit File Specialist Team to investigate whether the default that lasts 6 years from the original default date is warranted or not.
I wish you all the best with this.
