I have an Oekofen boiler that for years I have been able to control remotely with my iPhone until I switched my router to a Vodaphone Power Hub DSL with WiFi 6. The boiler connects to the router through a pair of dLAN power line adapters. I’ve established that data is flowing back and forth to the router and the boiler is ‘connected with LAN and internet’ on its control screen but my phone app indicates that the boiler is offline. I have reset everything on several occasions. I have spoken to Oekofen who are blaming the router. I have opened the router up to all traffic with no restrictions, no firewall etc.. and still the boiler is ‘offline’. I have installed the boiler control software on my pc and that shows the boiler is offline.
the crazy thing is that I have a cctv system that uses the same setup and that worked instantly and I can control my cameras from my phone.
Has anybody had a similar problem and did they find a solution please?
