Hi, I have been playing the latest Spin to win £25000 competition and twice now the wheel stopped on the "New smartphone of your choice" tab, jumping up for joy each time as Ihave never won anything apart from a few discount codes, however, just to be greeted with the usual pop up stating I received another entry in to the main prize draw of £25000.
The first occasion it happened was earlier last week and so decided to screen record the event daily ever since, incase it happens again, and it did! yesterday morning, the exact same thing and this time I have proof of it. So yesterday I emailed the ukmediarelations team but still no response. Just wondering if Vodafone is going to honour this? Is there a problem with prizes syncing with the tabs on the wheel?
