Hello there,
I was in the Vodafone shop in Streatham yesterday the 30th of November 2015 upgrading my phone.
thieves came and stole display mobiles and destroyed half of the shop.
I wanted tO escape and tried To go in the back of the shop, but I wasn t allowed from the Assistant Manager...
i felt like a mouse in a trap. couldn t escape....
i think Vodafone should allow customers to find a safe repair in case of burglary of the shop.
regards

This is a customer to customer support forum and your account on here is in no way linked to your account with Vodafone, so it is unlikely you will be called.

Hi there
That is a pretty awful experience. The reason that you were not allowed in the back of the shop is quite simple - you could have been working with the theives and once you were in the back of the shop, you should have stolen a number of brand new handsets.
