Unknown Vodafone Debt

Hello! 
It seems that I have an outstanding balance of 2999£ to Vodafone, but nobody is able to tell me details about it. I’ve tried to contact Vodafone in order to make a payment plan for this debt, but without success. What should I do in this case?
