Hi there,
I can see on my credit report that I am in arrears with Vodafone since 2020. I don't understand how this is possible as I haven't had any contracts with Vodafone since 2013.

I'd probably write to them in accordance with their compliants code here https://www.vodafone.co.uk/help-and-information/complaints/code-of-practice
Unfortunately, billing errors by mobile operators can completely trash your credit file which is why I've alwsys kept mine Pay As You Go and bought mid range handsets rather than paying the eye-watering prices charged for so called flagships.
