Hi @Alishalnr88
When you took out the contract, it would’ve included VAT and it’s included in your plan.
We break down the itemisation of your bill, before VAT and then add the VAT at the end of the invoice.
This helps our customers that need VAT invoices for work purposes for example.
Thanks,
Gemma

If your discount is 30%, then you should pay a base tariff of £33.95 after discount. If your bills are £39.00 then that suggests that you have either a £5 bolt on or fee applied to your invoice.
Maybe you have a few pounds worth of usage charges?
If you can post an image of your bill summary then that would allow the forum team to look at your statement and see what you are being charged for. If you do, then make sure to cover any mobile or account numbers that are on your invoice.

On your invoice, in the Summary section, it should give you a breakdown of usage and charges and show something like this.
Price Plan xxxxxxxxx £38.80 +VAT.
VEA discount £7.76 +VAT.
Calls and SMS usage £0.00
Data usage £0.00
Total before VAT £31.04
VAT £7.76
Total £38.80.
VAT is charged at 20% and you have a 20% discount so effectively, your discount covers the VAT cost. £48.50 minus 20% is £38.80 so your bills each month would be this amount provided you did not have any usage charges etc.
Your bills being just under £39.00 is correct and not an error.

That is correct. It would be £38.80 on your base tariff cost. before VAT. VAT is 20%. Then the Discount of 20% is applied taking it back down to £38.80.
