Has anyone tried out the Vodafone Alexa skill?

It would be great to use my Echo for something other than playing music!

This was put together by an internal team here at Vodafone @GabrielTurner.

As they work behind the scenes, they don't have a public email address and we'd be unable to put you in contact with them.

Hi @gw6ivx 

Vodafone won't charge for asking questions about your account.

Alexa Skill cannot be used over mobile data, it has to be connected to WiFi and is designed to be always ON. Vodafone can't charge your mobile account for a device connected to your home WiFi and use will be covered by your ISP.

Thanks only I wondered cos it said it links to your Vodafone account and you can make uk calls on it

Calls will come out of your allowance but Alexa will be connected to your WiFi.
