Want to leave and pay the early termination

Hello. I’ve got a better offer elsewhere and my contract ends in April. My early fee is £143 and my phone bill is £60. My phone bill is due in 2 weeks so I’m wondering when will I need to pay the early termination fee - will it be the same day I cancel or after x amount of time?

Hi @kafikar1 You'll be charged up to the date your service disconnects. And as we always bill you for the month ahead, this means you'll get a final bill and credit for any days of your plan you’ve already paid for, but didn’t use. The final bill will include your Early Termination Fee, and it'll be produced within 30 days of the date you’re disconnected.

I'd recommend keeping your Direct Debit active so that the final balance can be credited or refunded. You can find out every thing on how your final bill is calculated here.
