no google home hub

Hi I recently took a new contract out for a google pixel 3 xl and it states I will get a free google home hub, I was under the impression that this would come via some kind of registration process to claim the gift, however I understand it is just sent with the phone, I didnt get one with my phone, I did check the delivery note and it was noted on there, however nothing was in the box just the phone and sim card.. 

how to I go about claiming this?
