Hi,
Fair enough , just thought I'd ask because some do acquire software from other sources which can carryits own risks.
If the reset does not help then as mentioned try speaking with Samsung support.

Hi,
A Vodafone shop would be able to provide a new SIM card if you require one.
Customer service via phone or Live Chat would be able to check a persons account.
Has this been working ok previously.
Can you think of anything that's happened recently which may have caused this ?

Hi,
Weird as that really shouldn't have affected this.
Are you able to uninstall the update ?
Can you test the sim in another device just to test its not your account or sim at issue.

Have you tried some form of factory reset or system cache clear out which is something that needs to occasionally be performed on a Samsung phone after a software update if its glitching.
Was the update definitely from Samsung?
Did it show up in the software update section of your device ?
Thank you for testing your SIM card in another device. At least you know it's not the SIM card or Account at issue now.
You could speak with Samsung Uk support or if you have one local visit a Samsung Service Centre location.
