Add smart plug on Vodafone app

To connect smart plug on Vodafone app you need to go for option plus., but anyone can tell me where to find plus to add new device

If it doesn't work then please tell us what equipment and type of broadband (e.g. FTTC or FTTP) you are using or it's all going to be guesswork.

Are you using a Vodafone router or another one, and which model?

Which make and model of smart plug?

Are you attempting to connect on WiFi 2.4 or 5?

It’s Vodafone router, smart plug Orbecco and 2.4

@arthurzak193 A first suggestion is that the router may be on channel 12 or 13 on the 2.4GHz frequency band and that the smart plugs do not work on those two channels. Are you able to check which channel the router is supplying.

Trying to find any support docs for this Orbecco brand is very frustrating.
