Hello, when browsing the internet, for some reason my location is incorrect. It's saying that I'm hundreds of miles away from where I'm actually located.
Also when using certain apps on my phone it occasionally says I'm not located in the UK but I am.
I'm not using a VPN.
Thanks.

The problem is that websites use databases that convert your I.P. address to a location, unfortunately those databases are notoriously inaccurate for Vodafone I.P.'s.
Also Vodafone brought many addresses over from their Indian operation and sometimes the databases still have the original location.
I don't believe there is much use users can do about it.
My favourite location website is infosniper.net, which currently puts me in Leeds when I am actually in S.E Essex.
