Hi folk,
I've tried searching a few times already with no clear answer, so I will explain my situation.
I currently have a Gigabit Broadband line with Vodafone Ireland along with a static IP. I run my own server with Postfix setup and working, but I need to configure a reverse DNS (PTR) to stop my emails being marked as spam in other peoples inboxes.
Doing some research it seems that the ISP is responsible (supposedly) for setting up a PTR record on their end, but I am not sure. I have my FQDN with NameCheap and use CloudFlare CDN for DNS and tried creating a record on there, but it does not seem to work. I have tried contacting Vodafone about this via Twitter DMs, but the person trying to help me hasn't a clue what I'm asking and thinks I was trying to setup a modem. After trying to explain carefully as best I can, I eventually gave up and looked elsewhere but to no avail.
Is there anyone from Vodafone on here that can help me out? Thanks.

Hi @notleks - we're only able to help support Vodafone UK services here.
You can reach the Vodafone Ireland Home Broadband on their support page - if you scroll down the page there's also a number to speak to them on 👍
