Telephone 'diagnostics' report failure

Has anyone used the Status -> Diagnostic utility -> Automated Diagnosis on the VF router?My telephone service says 'Failed', although I believe it works.Anyone else seeing the same, or Succeeded?

Compensation for outage?

Hi there My home broadband is subject to an area outage and won't be back up until tomorrow evening, however I work from home and it will be really inconvenient to me. Am I entitled to any compensation?

Upgrading

Hi there, I am currently with broadband fibre, but would like to upgrade to pro, but the online service and customer agents tell me I can't? Why is this? I have been with Vodafone since January but the service is shocking. Thanks!

Resolved! I want change to FTTP

Hi all,My contract runs out on 12th May for normal broadband.Was wanting to know what the expected waiting time is to get the full fibre 500 package setup now that it's available in my area after 2 years.If anyone knows give me a heads up. Thanks!
