CCTV connection problem

I have just installed my ultra hub but now my  CCTV app (DMSS)  will not connect....help please

Unfortunately you may need to get the company who installed it back to reconfigure it.

The 192.168,*,* Wi-Fi connected cameras are probably getting their IPs via DHCP from the Ultra Hub, the others could be static and set by the NVR.

There are too many unknowns for us to offer anything more then general advice I'm afraid.

At a pinch with a bit of shell scripting you could ping every address in the well-known private address space. Of course that is if they respond to a ping request.
