Joining vodafone broadband soon so i'm going to get a pay monthly sim also. Spoke to a chat agent and they said i could only merge a new sim account with the broadband account after the sim contract is over. So i assume the only way is to upgrade through mobiles.co.uk instead?

Both the mobile services and the broadband services would need to be under the same account/same details to qualify for Vodafone Together, however, you could still give this to your housemate and set up a separate payment line for them within your account, so you're not paying for a SIM you're not using. Please be advised that if you use to do this, the named account holder will still be liable for any and all charges on the account legally, as the account is under their details, so if a payment is missed, this would go on the named account holders credit file, rather than the payer of the individual number.
Although, I'd recommend speaking to a member of the Social Media team before you make any changes so we're able to review your current account with us first 🙂

Thank you! I'd like to give the sim to a household member however. Can i put the mobile contract under their name and still merge their sim to my broadband account? And be eligible for the together discount?
