Just to expand on this, I just had the same conversation with support myself... they told me any booster that remains disconnected for 30 days or more will automatically be removed from your app. I'll report back in about 3 weeks to confirm/deny this lol

There about right. It went on for weeks in my view. Crazy you can't remove them.

Agreed, it is a very basic feature to omit from the app... I'm finding a lot of very basic options that just ain't there, both on the app and the Ultrahub web UI. Kind of understand them dumbing down so the inexperienced don't break it and have to ring Support, but the 'Expert' menu on the Ultrahub is laughable 🫤

I can confirm the disconnected booster disappeared from the app today, exactly 30 days after I unplugged it 👍
