Do I need fibre connection box?

I am currently a BT FTTP customer, switching to Vodafone superfast 100 next week.

I have received my Vodafone Wi-Fi hub but not a fibre connection box. Do I need one?

It is likely that you will just need to remove the ethernet cable from the WAN port of the BT router (connected to the BT PON/GPON/ONT) and plug it into the WAN port of your Vodafone router.

That’s what I thought but lots here seem to be having problems so I can’t take the risk. Cancelled my order just now
