I recently had an upgrade of my Vodafone Broadband to Pro 11 Full Fibre 910. All was going very well but I noticed an increasing difficulty in downloading email content on both my iPad and iPhone over Wifi but perfectly well over the phone network .. I believed it was the Apple iOS 18.3.1 upgrade but having followed all the troubleshooting fixes and eventually restoring both iPhone and iPad to factory settings and reinstalling the software and apps on both the problem still persisted. Emails downloaded on the Wifi on my Windows 11 PC using the Outlook app and also when installing the Outlook.com on both iPhone and iPad but this solution however left me without the Contacts and Calendar on both Apple devices. Finally I saw that Content Controls on other broadband ISPs can cause problems with email. So I went to the content controls on Vodafone and switched them off totally. Emails now working fine on all Apple devices so if anyone else is having problems this may be the solution
