I am about to enter the last month of a 24 month FTTP CityFibre broadband contract (never again!), if I migrate away to another provider before the end of the final month, am I entitled to a partial refund for the remainder of the final month?
I've tried asking TOBi and via the VF support call centre and each time they have given me a conflicting unhelpful response.
