Moving Home

Hi all,

I am moving house next month. Currently, I am using Pro Full Fibre 500. However, at the new address, Vodafone cannot provide the same package. They can only offer a plan with around 60/70 mbps, and it costs more than what I am currently paying. Otherwise, I need to pay an early termination fee. There are still 8 months left on my contract. I am very disappointed and unsure what to do.

If they are unable to offer anything else, other than FTTC (which is what it sounds like), then it's unlikely any other ISP can either.

Check what others are able to offer, and Vodafone's price may not seem exorbitant.

However. it seems wrong not to offer it at the price you are currently paying, so try raising a complaint and see if they can help.

Thanks for your reply. Another provider is giving 500mbps for nearly half of the price. I have just raised a complaint.
