Public IP request never actioned

Hi, I have tried several times to get a static public IP address assigned to my full fibre broadband service as per the price plan document which says all I have to do is request it and one will be provided free. I need this to help secure my working from home VPN to my work offices.
Each time I have contact broadband support via Tobi and been put through to an operator who assumes me the static public IP request has been logged and will be processed within 24 hours.
However this has never been completed. In fact each time I chase it up, I am told there is no request active and the operator is going to create a new one. Its getting a bit ridiculous.
The last request was on chat ID - 187576517338257156
Can someone please get this sorted for me once and for all?
