Emable 2.4Ghz channel

Hi, just switched from Virgin. Need to turn on 2.4ghz channel and turn off5ghz. Need to connect my house battery / solar system. Once connected I can turn 5ghz back on. 

So many forums say this is impossible. Hope they are wrong or this will be the world's quickest cancellation

@VirginSwitcher Which router do you have? But, if you search this forum, you will find that this feature is not available in the newer routers. There are possible solutions using the guest WiFi, using an access point, and even a mobile phone. Just have a search in the forum.
