Hi
I got new installation and I'm trying to report that power supply for Alexa booster is dead. HelpDesk don't seems to know what I'm talking about. It is dead. No lights and I have mesaeured power supply with my multimeter. How can I get replacement?

First rule of talking to Vodafone support - keep it simple! Just tell them that the booster is faulty and doesn't work at all! Don't get all complex on them and explain what's up with it!
