Firetv sticks not connecting

I have just switched to Vodafone fibre. Amazon devices don’t connect to my new set-up: a Kindle paper white and two Fire TV sticks. Strangely, the Fire sticks did when I first switched, now they don’t. Every time I try to connect the sticks to the internet it says “no internet” although I know there is, as other devices are working. Kindle won’t even get that far. Hugely frustrating as we use the Fire sticks to stream most of our telly. Any solutions?

Thanks, but already saw this and have tried compatibility mode and WPS. Neither worked for me.

As it's saying no internet, rather than no connection, it suggests it may be connected to the router, but not getting any further, so may be Vodafone's content controls blocking it.

Try changing the DNS settings in the router, as that will bypass the controls. Jayach_0-1686511064149.png

Thanks for the tip. What would I change the settings to?

As shown in my picture. 1.1.1.1 is Cloudflare and 8.8.8.8 is Google.

And how do I change the settings?

You would log into the router and navigate to the page shown and make the changes.

Just which router do you have? And have you never logged into it?
