December I ordered and had order confirmed pro xtra with Apple TV and frozen prices. When I chased up the delivery of the Apple TV, It turns out they changed this order to the pro.
the only response I get from Vodafone (4.5 hours on chat!) is sorry we no longer do that package!
I was promised a solution in 10 days (long gone).
any one had similar issues?
if you had said “ok, sorry our mistake” I’d have been fine but they won’t even acknowledge that I’d placed an order and they changed it.
Any idea how I can escalate this?

Try raising a complaint. Complaints Code of Practice | Vodafone
