Apple TV Subscription

My new service for Full fibre 910 Pro 2 Xtra was activated over a month ago now. This service included Apple Tv for 24 months and Apple TV 4k.

However, I'm still waiting the details of my Apple Tv subscription.

When should I expect to receive this?

Hi Davemacrae, did you manage to resolve this as I was offered the same and took out a new broadband package, with the Apple TV box at the end of October but do not know the process to activate the Apple free package.

 In the end, it turned out the didn't have any tokens left for an Apple TV subscription and they gave me an Echo Show 5 instead. Not ideal but a freebe is a freebe.
