Have been customer in past with same number, Why can't I port it this time?

Hi, I would like to sign up for Vodafone broadband.

 

I have checked the postcode and there are 2 entries listed with addresses for my home.

1. The first entry has the house NAME, and recognises my landline number but says I can't port it to Vodafone.

2. The second entry has the house NUMBER, but states I cannot get broadband at this address.

 

I was a Vodafone broadband customer back in 2019 and have had the same landline number since 2012 so I should be able to keep it.

Any ideas what is causing the issue?

Hey @cromwell4 If you speak to the Broadband team via 0333 304 0191 or via LiveChat here they can run a premise check for you and they will be able to tell you if we can provide to the address, what packages you can get, if we can port your number and if not, why not. 

 
 
 

Thanks, I did give the live chat a go and was talking to Connor who was looking into this for me and then the chat just ended. I will try again after work.
