Hi all,
Having an absolute nightmare and I mean an absolute nightmare at the moment with my home security systems. (Yale smart alarm and reolink cameras)
I switched internet providers on 26 Oct 21 to Vodafone from SSE,
I am now unable to use my smart security devices. They are connect to my router and I can view my cameras on my phone when I am connected to my home wifi. However, when I go away and attempt to view them using my mobile data they do not work. It seems to me that there is a problem with the router not allowing forward traffic.
To add to the frustration, my smart alarm will not connect to the internet full stop. A problem I never had before.
Any ideas please?
