Please help, when i go to view my website www.erminpark.co.uk it says

Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at erminpark.co.uk.

If that address is correct, here are three other things you can try:

Try again later.
Check your network connection.
I have tried on numerous browsers  and on mobile devices using home broadband connection and it says the same.

If i use my mobile data it connects fine and also if i use a vpn it connects fine.  my server company also confirms no issues.  Im lost please help!

Are you still using the default (Vodafone) DNS server?  If you are then try swapping it out for one of the better public servers - for example, the top two are probably:

(Primary / secondary)

  • Google:  8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4
  • Cloudflare: 1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1 (my preference)

There are plenty more - just search for public DNS servers.

Edited to add:  I connected ok to your website using the Cloudflare DNS server  - just send me a complimentary half a doz and say no more  😉

I am using the Vodafone DNS servers, and my content controls are set to Ultra Safe, and I can access your site, so I can't imagine why you can't.

Thank you it was my DNS settings that needed to be updated.  Thank you for your support 🙂

Cheers HappyNomad!

Changing DNS worked great.

Awesome!
