Hi all. Just received an email about price changes from April.

"Just to let you know, from April 2023 we’re making a change to the cost of your broadband plan.

The monthly cost of your plan will go up from your April 2023 bill. As set out in your agreement with us, this increase is the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate of 10.5% (as published in January 2023) to support the rise in our running costs and keep up with increased demand, plus an additional 3.9% to help support the continued investment in our network as we expand coverage"

By law  Telecoms Providers are required to give customers at least 30 days' notice of any price increases.

I received email from Vodafone on 04/04/23 so in this case my price plan should go to from May?

No, that would be for unexpected price changes, the price change you are asking about is included in your contract (you did read it I presume?) so no notification is required.
