So my broadband was meant to start the 19th which it didn't so I call your customer services and they tell me to call back by the weekend because it sometimes takes a while to start.
So I call back today on to be told that you can't do anything about it on the weekend because the engineers don't work on the weekend.
Then to make matters better you tell me it's city fibres job who I damm well know won't be back until the new year because they all stop work from about the 23rd until the 2nd usually.
Thanks for that, top notch work really great paying for service I won't be getting for 3 weeks minimum

Call up for the 5th day in a row to be told it will be on this afternoon, city fibre confirmed it's not their fault irs vodaphones.
Get told it will be on this afternoon, it's not. Call again and get told it's another 48 -72 working hours minimum before it's resolved so another week. Well done! Cancellation inbound

Don’t go with Vodafone. Top 3 suppliers: idnet, aquiss, Yayzi.
It’s cityfibre so why does it matter? Fibre is provided by them, the rest is not (Vodafone over subscribe their lines)
