Hi, in August 2024 I signed up for broadband from one of the switch sites, responding to an offer of an £85 reward.
The offer stated that I would receive an email explaining how to claim the voucher 120 days after activation.
I have not received any email, and today spent several hours with Vodafone customer service who tried to give me a couple of codes for Amazon, but they didn't work, and then denied it was their responsibility anyway.
They gave me the email for Giftcloud, and said you're on your own (I'm paraphrasing).
Anybody else had a similar experience?
I see that this is not a new occurrence, with people suspecting a scam in the past couple of years...

Hi, I joined Vodafone in August 2023 through one of the sites like you with a Giftcloud voucher offer which could be claimed after 120 days.
After placing my order following thro from the site to vodafone and completing the order I got an email from "no-reply@giftcloud.com" with details of the offer and general info. Around the 120 days mark (late Nov early Dec 2023) I still hadn't heard anything but I contacted Giftcloud at "hello@giftcloud.com" and they were very good at responding. They did request a few details like the order number etc. and within a week or so I had my gift card.
You need to take this up with Giftcloud and I assume the above email is still active. Like you I feared it would be a scam with all kinds of excuses but no. Just keep at Giftcloud and good luck.
