Missing Amazon Voucher

I got a text message to say my amazon voucher was now ready and available in veryme rewards yet when i click on the link or go into veryme through the app there is no voucher to be found

I have tried speaking to the customer care team and complaints team about this but i have found them to be terrible. Has anyone else had the same problem ?
