Pro II Broaband Woes.

I was just wondering if anyone managed to succefully order this new Pro II Broadband package .I have tried I vein for almost a week now Have had online chats lasting hours and numerous calls to WiFi Xperts and CS .Only to be told it's not available in my area.Then on Friday I managed to order the package then it got cancelled as the system seen the order as a downgrade so it cancelled it I was advised.So I am now awaiting a call back to hopefully re-order.What a carry on.Nothing seems straightforward with VF and it never has been I dread contacting CS as it's hopeless.Any help would be appreciated.

Quick update.Still no call back,so I called today and 20 minutes later I was advised that I would need to upgrade my broadband package so that I can order Pro II BB.I was then put on hold again while he checked what upgrade packages were available.I then got cut off after a full 30 minutes.You just can't make this stuff up..

I don't think they hung up on you. Presuming you're calling them from a vodafone landline/mobile it may be that a problem from months ago has reared it's head again, where the call drops after 29:20 or 29:50 (can't remember which).

If I'm wrong forget this. 

Hi ,and thank you for replying. Just spent another 50 Minutes today talking to VF to ask about switching to new Pro II BB package. Can't switch and they can't tell me why. I asked about the calls dropping after 29 minutes and the confirmed No that does not happen, but a call back would have been apricated. So still no joy. 

You can do it I got onto them via live chat said I wanted to upgrade they put it through and I have the kit sat here ready to install. So its possible I just said im on your pro broadband I want to upgrade to the pro 2 as I want the wifi 6e router/boosters as I have 6e devices and multigig networking. Maybe I got lucky but the person I spoke to sorted it all out.

Hi and thanks for the reply I'm so glad you managed to get yours sorted.As if me posting this reply and after many many live chats later they still can't place my order so I give up.

I’m happy to share account numbers etc if that helps, maybe say I want what he had. But it was more to say it’s possible, maybe I was lucky first person I spoke to sorted it. 

All sorted now.Must have got lucky at last. thanks Andrew at VF for sorting it all out for me.Thanks to everyone for all the replies much appreciated.
