Refund - account cancelled

In mid July I called Vodafone and asked for my broadband account to be cancelled at the end of my 18 Month contract, and not to be renewed, and be disconnected of the agreed date.

 

The gentleman advised me that I would have to give 30 days notice, so my service would not disconnect on the end date of my contract, but 3 days later, which was 19th August. As soon as I hung up, I had an Email advising me that I would be disconnected on August 19th. 

 

I received a letter after the 16th (can't remember exactly when, but it was in late August sometime), which advised me that my service would be disconnected on August 16th, and I would have a fee of £0 to pay. The letter was dated August 16th. 

 

On 5th August I had a SMS from Vodafone, advising that "the minimum period for your home broadband plan ends on 16 August 2021" and that should I not take any action, after this date, my broadband will increase in price by £3 per month. I immediately called up as I was confused, and was reassured that, indeed, I had already cancelled.

 

Having just logged into my Vodafone On-line account, I have a bill from 12th August, which was followed by a direct debit on 22nd August, this states that the full amount, up until 11th September has been taken from my account.

 

When will I receive my final bill, and refund?
