24 months have passed since converting to FTTP install. We had chosen the "entry level" package of 100 Mbps with anytime and mobile calls. Despite frustrations over the previous package of FTTC, the last two years have been fine. Allowing the contract to expire would result in a sizable increase so using the online chat, negotiated with Ellie from Vodafone, and renewed the existing contract for £28 per month, plus £8 per month anytime and mobile calling. Not sure whether we'll get a new router but the existing one does the job just fine.

Vodafone haven't changed their router in the last 2 years, so no i don't think you will get a new one.
Good to hear from someone who is satisfied with Vodafone, instead of all the complaints.
