Since changing to Vodafone Full Fibre 150 my Audizio Venice WiFi Radio doesn't work properly.
Certain Favorite radio stations would no longer connect nor would "Skytune". I did a factory reset on the radio and lost all my Favorite stations and was then unable to download anything.
As a workaround, I connected the radio to next door's wifi and was able to load all my Favorite stations back on the radio and everything worked fine. However, when reverting back to my own broadband I still have the same problem of the radio only playing certain stations and no Skytune to play others. Ones that do play include Greatest Hits Radio & Majestic Jukebox. Non of the BBC stations will play or Boom Radio & Smooth Radio.
I've done a factory reset on the Powerhub which helped to get my smart TV working but made no difference to the radio. BTW, I have tried disabling IPv6. The signal is strong. I notice there has been similar problems reported in the past but I don't see any solutions.
Does anybody know what the problem may be please?
