Super WiFi plus with Alexa built in, constantly logging itself out of Amazon.

Hi all, as the title suggests really, for reasons unknown, we barely get a day out of our super WiFi plus before you ask it something and you just get the three flashing red dots on the front, check the my Vodafone app, and yet again, it's logged itself out of Amazon so obviously all Alexa services don't work, I have keep me signed in checked, it's just constant.

I have tried a complete reset and a re install / re pairing a few times but to no avail.

Any ideas people?
