You need your PPPoE username and password. For fttp if your connection is Cityfibre the vlanid is 911, openreach don't use vlanid. If you're on fttc the vlanid is 101.
Best place to get your details is frome the online chat. You can avoid the ai TOBI by the following link

i did that got the ID and PW set it to 101 , the light went green for about 30 seconds and then just went amber again , not sure about the ID values 02 - 4094 though i had to set them as something

Username should be in the format dslXXXXXXXXX@broadband.vodafone.co.uk
FTTP. If you're on an openreach connection (white box on the wall) vlanid should be blank. Any other blank boxes should be left blank but if you have the choice disable 802.1q altogether. If it's a cityfibre connection (black box) vlanid should be 911, again leaving any other blank boxes blank.

Hi Shaun,
I know this post is a little old, but I'm just wondering if you managed to get your TP-Link Archer working?
I've got a AX73 and I can't get it to establish an internet connection even after entering the PPPOE details and VLAN ID.
Thanks!
