Telephone 'diagnostics' report failure

Has anyone used the Status -> Diagnostic utility -> Automated Diagnosis on the VF router?

My telephone service says 'Failed', although I believe it works.

Anyone else seeing the same, or Succeeded?

Your picture hasn't been moderated yet, but are you on "digital voice"?

FTTP with voip, yes

Now your picture has been moderated, it's obviously FTTP as it says ETH for wan mode.

I'm still on FTTC, and mine just says "Disabled".

Thanks for checking. 'Disabled' would make sense on FTTC.

However, 'Failed' on an FTTP connection, where the phone is a VoIP service, is more alarming (hence the question...)

Having spoken to L2 VF support (lovely chap Abdul, patient and methodical) the 'Failed' diagnostic goes away with a clean re-provisioning and remote restart of the phone component, only.

The re-provisioning also results in a single voip profile (see my other post here). The 'Failed' message above may relate to the fact that my 2nd voip profile was not registering to any SIP server...
