Does anyone know why the TCB broadband comparison says I can get 200Mb from the Full Fibre 150 service? I've just been connected and get exactly 150Mb.

200Mb - that's strictly a maximum speed under ideal conditions. You bought the Full Fibre 150 service, and 150 is what you'll get.
False advertising? Maybe, but not Vodafone's responsibility. The customer should check first.
TCB is far from the best place for good deals.

"200Mb - that's strictly a maximum speed under ideal conditions" - so are you saying 200Mb is possible on a Full Fibre 150 service? I doubt it, since I've never seen this quoted by Vodafone. I live fairly close to the street cabinets and have always got advertised speeds, so I wasn't that surprised to get bang on 150.
TCB are blaming somebody else: "The Broadband Compare tool is powered by Decision Technologies, and this will be the information that the national database & Vodafone have provided to them." I'm inclined to keep pushing until they fix their advertising.
"TCB is far from the best place for good deals" - I'm intrigued. Where could I have got 150Mb for less than £16/month please? I need to make a note for next time!

Anything is possible. Even with full fibre bring closer to the exchange can be advantageous.
Also depends on the carrier. With Cityfibre you can often see an over-provisioning of 5-10Mb. With openreach, my supplier, I see 25-30Mb over-provisioning 2 miles from the exchange - this can often be much higher.
The other thing with full fibre is the guaranteed minimum, which is often 50% of the headline. So ordering 200Mb you can't complain til it's slower than 109Mb.
It's TCB promising you 200Mb on a 150Mb connection.
Phone and talk to Vodafone. They'll price match the £16 TCB have promised just to get your business - without placing your details on a database that will be shared with anyone. If you value your privacy just don't go there.
