Transfer of Ownership

Hi guys, 

 

I submitted a Transfer of Ownership request webform over a week ago and apart from an automated confirmation email straight after submitting the form, neither party has heard anything... is this normal or do I need to get onto CS/visit a store etc.

@slipd - thanks for reaching out to us and I'm sorry you haven't heard from our Transfer of Ownership Team yet. If your moving the account to a Business account, it can take up to 10 working days. If it's to an individual account, this is usually 2 working days. 

My team over on Social Media, can check the account notes for you. Please reach out to us there. 

Thanks @Gemma! It's been well over a week, home/personal account, and we've not heard anything so I'll go to the highstreet store. Will they be able to action there an then out of interest?

A store won't be able to action the request @slipd as we have a dedicated team that will be handling this. If you are the original account holder, you can contact us via social media, LiveChat or over the phone on 03333 040 191 and we can look into this further.
