Trying to start new fibre deal and address isn’t working

Go through all the process online and via live chat to start a new broadband account, 

when trying to confirm my identity, card details in and it keeps popping up saying problem with my personal details and address

i live in a flat (like half the country) and live chat think that’s the issue that it can’t read my address right so tries various ways 2 2, 2/2, 2.2 etc,

anyone had this issue as can’t seem to join Vodafone broadband due to this?
