Ultra hub booster not connecting

Just had Vodafone WiFi 6E installed, the ultra hub is working fine but the WiFi booster won’t connect to the router. There isn’t an option on the Vodafone app to add it and have tried pairing by WPS but it fails every time

If your broadband has just been installed, but the Wi-Fi booster isn't connecting or appearing in the app, it may be that are still some aspects which need to be completed on our end. Therefore, I'd recommend getting in touch with the Broadband Support Team here or by calling up on 03333 040 191, so that they can double-check the order and connection for you.

There is an option on the Vodafone app. That’s how I did mine.

 click on my devices, then WiFi network 

Ps It took a good few minutes
