Vodafone wrote my name and email address wrong when setting up my broadband over the phone. With "W" written as "uu" and email missing numbers. This meant when changing my address when moving house nobody could find my account, I also had no account number to see as I had never received emails due to Vodafone messing up. Now CCSCollect are asking for unpaid bill money, on this letter I found my account number and also saw my name misspelled. I've managed to go to store to change my details but I do not want to pay this debt as vodafone have completely messed this up when taking my details, they made it impossible to find my account when moving address so I couldn't bring it to my new address or cancel the account
